Pick up and temporary accomodation

Hi,
I believe we are required to fill out certain forms regarding our arrival at Cincinnati and travel itenary and stay plans, so that the ISA can arrange for pick up and temporary accomodation for us. Anyone have a clue about what is required to be done?

I have exactly the same queries as urs plus one which is-Will our temporary accomodation if arranged by ISA be chargeable and if yes how much?

There is a form available on the ISA website...fill that form so that ISA knows when u r arriving & whats ur flight schedule....usually u will get a temporary accomodation for 5-7 days at a senior's place (its free of cost) as far as I know. Find ur place in that much time and settle down.
