Hello everyone,
I came to UC starting from Summer and found one 2bedroom + 1.5 bath
apartment in Ludlow ave starting from Sept 1 st. This is the most safe
area near UC, with all Indian grocery stores, entertainment centers
within 1-2 min walking distance. The apartment is in newly constsucted
boulding and bus stop just opposite to the apartment. The rent is 650 +
electricity (around 30 dollars). Other than me, there will be another
UC girl temporarily in this apartment who is graduating this Dec. So
rent will be divided by three till Dec, and afterwards by two students
or if you prefer we can get another roommate from Dec to keep the rent
low.
