Roommate wanted from April: On campus apt.

Hello All,

I am looking for a roommate at Scioto residence hall (west campus). It is efficiency with balcony (approx. 447 sq ft) and the rent is little less than $325.00/month which includes gas, water, electricity, high speed internet, cable, heat etc. Apartment is fully furnished and in a close proximity to campus, labs, libraries etc.
